‛Dzhanavara“ residential complex is situated in the eponymous area which is part of the residential area of ‛Asparuhovo“. It is the first closed-type complex in that part of the city.
Its exposure and displacement ensure spectacular panorama opening over Varna Bay.
The complex consists of four residential groups, constructed in sections. Three of them have three sections each, and the fourth one, which is located closest to the street, has two sections. Part of the small apartments can be grouped into bigger ones depending on the customers’ preferences.
Most apartments have a living-rooms facing south and bedrooms facing north. There are basement rooms for al the apartments.
There are security guards’ room, studios, three business offices, dentist office, beautician and hair-dresser’s parlour, alimentary shop, and small restaurant designed in the complex. In addition, the complex will dispose of swimming pool, gym, sauna, solarium and medical office. Reception desk and changing rooms with bathrooms are designed at the swimming pool and the gym.
The total number of the parking places in the complex is 174, of which 10 for open parking, 22 parking places on the terraces below the alimentary shop and the restaurant and 142 parking places in the main parking lot of the complex. It is underground, independent entrance and exit, emergency exits and connection with the staircase platforms and elevators of the residential sections.
There are plans for abundant planting both of the undeveloped areas and on the artificially formed terraces by suitable shallow-rooted plants.
